Midwest Electric is planning for the future with a new employee hire and an internal position change.
Julie Marchal has been promoted to Manager of Administrative Services, where she will oversee human resources, safety, facilities, board affairs, communications, and assist with administration of the cooperative’s enterprise software programs. She has been with Midwest Electric since 2018 as a Member Service Representative. Previously, Julie was with Wabash Mutual Telephone for 17 years, including 15 years of supervisory experience as Customer Service Manager. She has an associate of applied business, finance & management, from Wright State University Lake Campus. Julie, her husband, and their three children reside in Coldwater.
Taylor Williams has been hired as a Member Service Representative and will serve as a primary contact for all service order, scheduling, billing, patronage equity, and member account inquiries, as well as linecrew dispatching. She has six years of experience in the agricultural industry, most recently as a sales consultant for United Equity in Spencerville. Taylor has a bachelor of technical and applied studies in agriculture from Wright State University Lake Campus. Taylor and her husband reside in St. Marys.
Together, Julie and Taylor have more than 26 years of combined customer service experience. Midwest Electric wishes them both all the best in their new roles.
