Effective starting Monday, May 5, our office will be operating on summer hours Monday-Thursday from 6:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Please note that we are a 24/7/365 business and are always prepared for outages and other emergency circumstances. For 24/7 service, members are reminded to utilize their online SmartHub account, where they can pay bills, report outages, and more. Payments can also be placed in the drop box at our office. Members can also call our office 24/7. Our after-hours service can take payments and report outages.
