Monday evening's violet tornado damaged our Celina tower, which communicates with half of our meters. Communication for these meters is currently down, as the tower needs repaired.
This impacts many of our SmartHub users, meaning you won't be able to access your hourly energy usage. This also impacts outage communication and notifications, so if you experience an outage for the time being, please report it by calling us directly at 1-800-962-3830.
